3 radishes (sliced up into rounds)
1-2 eggs (boiled for 8 mins, sliced)
Bunch of fresh cress
1 teaspoon onions (finely chopped)
A tablespoon of olive oil
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Combine the olive oil, cress, salt, pepper and onions into a bowl and stir. Add the cut up radishes and eggs, and mix.
